Hotel reservation *

Please select room type. The hotel requires a deposit of one night's room rate, which is to be paid in advance, in connection with this registration. Rest of the hotel costs are to be paid directly to the hotel on departure. Please note that the hotel does not send invoices out.

Prices are per room per night incl. breakfast and VAT. In case two persons are sharing the same room, both need to reserve same roomtype, write the name of the sharing person in the field "share room with" and the other person ticks the box "I share the previously reserved double room". This way the room deposit voids from the person ticking the box.

All hotel reservations, especially after April 8, 2013, will be subject to availability. Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration and accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by email: or by fax: +358 3 233 0444.

If a cancellation for the hotel reservation is received by April 8, 2013, the hotel deposit will be refunded minus a 20 € handling fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 8, 2013.
