Registration fees (no VAT will be added) * 

The Regular and Student fees include admission to all scientific sessions, Conference material, lunch on Saturday and Monday through Thursday, tea/coffee twice a day, refreshments at Poster sessions on Tuesday and Thursday, Espoo City reception on Tuesday, Conference services at the venue, and public transport pass within Helsinki region.

Accompanying person's fee includes as above except scientific sessions, conference material, and conference services.

Conference participants and registered accompanying persons can buy a ticket to the Conference Dinner at a nominal fee of EUR 20 per person.

Hotel reservation *

Please select room type. The hotel requires a deposit of one night's room rate, which is to be paid in advance, in connection with this registration. Rest of the hotel costs are to be paid directly to the hotel on departure.

Please note that the hotel does not send out invoices. Prices are per room per night incl. breakfast and VAT. In case two persons share the same room, both need to reserve same roomtype. Please write the name of the sharing person in the field "share room with" and the other person ticks the box "I share the previously reserved double room". This way the room deposit voids from the person ticking the box.

All hotel reservations will be subject to availability. Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration and accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by email: icds2015@tavicon.fi or by fax: +358 207 701 201.

If a cancellation for the hotel reservation is received by 31 May 2015 the hotel deposit will be refunded minus a 20 € handling fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31 May 2015.

2) PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

3) INVOICING
